George Dimov CPA has 12 years of accounting & taxation experience. Industries audited/worked include individual taxation, corporate taxation, M&A consulting, technology, buy & sell-side finance, biotech, retail analysis, real estate accounting, and manufacturing.

Education includes a Bachelor’s in Business as well as a Master’s in Accountancy. He holds two separate CPA licenses and is registered Federally as a Tax Preparer for all 50 states. The firm of George Dimov CPA is a registered audit firm.

George Dimov

George Dimov, CPA is the managing owner of the firm. He holds Master's, Bachelor's, and Associates degrees and has over 12 years of experience in accounting and consulting across various industries. He is authorized for all 50 states and is fluent in Bulgarian and English.

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Stan Shraybman

Stan holds Enrolled Agent designation and received a Bachelors in Economics/Accounting in 2010; shortly thereafter, he went on to receive his Masters in Business Administration in 2013 from Keller Graduate School of Management, DeVry College of New York. Stan has worked in the accounting profession, servicing small to medium size companies since 2007. From August 2015 to February Stan worked in one of the top CPA firms in Israel, where he gained inside knowledge and experience working with US expats. Prior to joining Dimov Partners CPAs; Stan was a Senior Tax Accountant whose responsibilities included managing a team of five Junior Accountants and three Tax Analysts as they assisted in his portfolio of over 500 clients. Presently, Stan is a Senior Tax Accountant who advises clients on various tax planning strategies ranging from formation of companies to how to save on their upcoming taxes.

Talai Saidov

Talai is our Senior Audit Manager. He holds a bachelor's in business and brings a decade of work experience from Global firms, including Baker Tilly. He is fluent in Kyrgyz, Russian, and English.

Nastia Gnatiuk is our Senior Tax Accountant. She holds a Bachelor's and Master's in accounting and has five years experience. She is fluent in English, Ukranian, and Russian

Bob Liu

Bob holds a Bachelors in Business Administration and a Masters in Accounting. He specializes in complex stock option/equity analysis, small business taxation, individual tax return preparation, and multi-year forensic accounting for court & trial support. He is fluent in Chinese and English.
